Description

A leather patch previously worn by Colonel Claude. S. Buchanan, previously attached to his uniform. The patch is a natural leather circle with a gold arrowhead outline, the word "Wright" appearing in the center inside of a gold rectangle. This patch was acquired by Claude S. Buchanan during his time at the Patents Branch of the Judge Advocate Section, Air Material Command at Wright Field. These patches were typically worn at Wright Field during the early years of World War II.
