Description
This page of Claude's scrapbook contains 6 report cards from 1912 to 1913, including one of his anthropometric measurements, or in modern terms, a physical. The foremost report card reveals that Claude received an A in English and Shop Work, a C in French, and a D in Math. In place of the lowest "F" grade, three additional letter grades replace it- E, X, and I. Despite excelling in mechanical engineering, Claude was known to have had difficulty with mathematics from a very early age, to his father's chagrin.
