Description

The two photographs, trimmed into oval-like shapes, on this particular page depict a flag rush that took place in 1912 on the University of Michigan campus. A flag rush is an event in which underclassmen attempt to climb a flagpole to seize the flag of the upperclassmen. A student can be seen in the bottom right photo making his way up the flagpole.
