A photographic portrait of Colonel Claude S. Buchanan. On his uniform, retired Army “Expert Rifleman" and “Pistol Expert” Marksmanship badges decorate his left side. Claude was known as a sharpshooter and was possibly part of a Marksman base club while stationed on Wright Field, Dayton, Ohio.
